It's the version from nexus, for se (my version), and it's the most current one there is unless there is some other newer version that's elsewhere I actually just took quite a bit to set it properly with loot / manually and even ran my mods through tes5edit, no issue there.

If you don't have mods that have skse plugins, that folder won't exist, you have to create it yourself, cause if you check the content of the skse archive, there's no skse folder in the data folder either.
